Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to reflect).
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@doorbox.ai and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item costs over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
